Are you an experienced spare parts interpreter looking for a role with an industry leader in HV spare parts?
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Spare Parts Interpreter to work with a small but busy team in Dunedin, to deliver exceptional customer service with the application of their technical knowledge and experience in HV spare parts.
As an experienced Spare Parts Interpreter, you understand the importance of delivering great service and quality parts on time, every time.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, the key responsibilities of the role include:
Timely response and efficient management of customer enquiries from the counter, phone and internet
Preparation of quotes, purchase orders and timely completion of other related documentation
Assisting other team members in daily transactions
Assisting in delivery and maintenance of the warehouse as required

As our Spare Parts Interpreter you will have a solid background in commercial vehicle parts sales, have good communication skills, good customer service skills and a proven track record in automotive or commercial parts sales.
In addition, you must have:
A minimum of 5 years' experience in spare parts sales - preferably HV parts
Good problem-solving skills and effectiveness in prioritising multiple tasks
Proactivity, self-motivation and the ability to work well under pressure
Flexibility and be a team player, customer-focused and innovative
Administrative skills including intermediate IT skills

Individuals who possess strong mechanical aptitude or have at least 5 years' experience in an automotive-related industry or mechanics experience, may be considered for the role.
