Remote Customer Service Associate Job Description:
American Family Insurance Group is seeking a Remote Customer Service Associate to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. This part-time position is ideal for entry-level individuals with 0 years of experience who are looking to develop their customer service skills and grow within a reputable insurance company.
Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat- Assist customers with inquiries, policy changes, claims processing, and other insurance-related services- Educate customers on insurance products, services, and coverages to meet their individual needs- Document and update customer information accurately in the database- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Meet and exceed performance goals and quality standards set by the company
