Responsibilities:- Engage with customers through live chat to provide assistance, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and uphold company standards- Utilize critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and problem-solve customer inquiries- Maintain a positive and resilient attitude, even in challenging situations- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge- Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold a high level of customer service- Drive innovation and progress by taking calculated risks and exploring new ideas

Requirements:- 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field preferred- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment- Resilient and reliable, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances- Demonstrated critical thinking skills and the ability to analyze and solve problems efficiently- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment
