Are you passionate about customer service and retail services?
We have a strong reputation for customer service and being a presentable and community-friendly store. We are seeking a reliable, enthusiastic, capable and friendly person to join our team to work in our superette.
Your role will be varied and including organising and maintaining stock levels, point of sale service, maintaining shop condition, receiving and organising deliveries and putting products on the shelf in the shop as well as other general superette duties.
The hours will be discussed at interview stage but include casual hours across 7 days, from 8 am till 7 pm.
Are you/do you have:
Reliable and Honest
Able to work independently
High Standard of Customer Service
Strong eye for detail
Someone with cash handling experience
Experience in customer service
Able to multi-task
This role includes repeated lifting for the duration of your day so good physical health is essential

Job title: Customer Service & Superette Assistant
Reporting to: Duty Manager
Salary: Need to be discussed
Hours: Up to 20hrs per week
Location: Central Auckland
Key responsibilities & duties
Advising & serving customers,
Ensuring stock levels are well maintained,
Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
Recommend and display items that match customer needs.
Manage point-of-sale processes.
Actively involved in the receiving of new shipments.
Providing customers with information on pricing and product availability.
Handling customer complaints or handing customers on to management.
