PlaceMakers is New Zealand's leading and largest supplier of building materials to New Zealand's commercial and residential construction markets.The role:This is a pivotal role in our Central-North Hub which will see you lead our Trade Support function by planning and directing the activities of the Trade Support team.You will ensure that our trade clients experience the best customer service from start to finish and that productivity is high given the fast-paced nature of our business.As the Trade Support Manager, you will lead, coach, and develop talent to grow the capability of the Trade Support team. Ensuring the delivery of outstanding customer service in accordance with developed service standards and improving the process along the way. You will lead the continuous improvement of processes in relation to order fulfillment to enable the branch to deliver targeted outcomes.This role will offer support and guidance to our 3 Trade Support Team Leaders who support our 19 Trade Support Team Members across the Hub.This role is a full-time permanent role working Monday- Friday, 40 hours a week. Open to be based in either our Cook Street, Wairau Park or Albany branch.
