Working across all our sales channels and geographies with a strong focus on digital technology, sales and ecommerce the Customer Service Representative will be our face to the customer and will liaise with customers from query to order to cash flow working to ensure we supply customers in-full on-time and never miss an opportunity. (for which there are plenty).Key Responsibilities:Receiving orders through online & email and entering into our ERP, subsequent invoicing of B2B and Distributor orders.Resolve all customer enquiries in a timely manner.Converting B2B leads into sales opportunities through proactive communication.Lead the "Voice of Customer" within the East Imperial business to proactively address problems, share feedback, respond to customer reviews and opportunities.Manage the export process through liaising with freight forwarders, export documentation and order fulfillment.Updating customer details, pricing and any other records in our ERP.Manage claims and coordinate logistics requirements for all outbound stock.Ensuring alignment of inventory between our third party logistics providers and our ERP system.Stock availability and obsolescence reporting for both customers and the internal team.Lead Process improvement and automation across the customer service function.Office Management/Administrative Tasks such as office stock orders, general housekeeping & sending sample orders.Skills & Attributes RequiredAdvanced communication skills both written and verbalCapacity to work independently and proactivelyAbility to multi-task within an ever changing supply chainTime management; experience in high pressure environmentAttention to detail with accurate data entry capabilityStrong computer skills with the ability to handle multiple systemsExperience in Google Workplace, Shopify and MYOB/Accumatica DesirableThis role would suit someone looking to be exposed to all facets of a global company and through your willingness to be involved will provide opportunity for personal development and progression across the business.The role will be based in the company's head office in Parnell, Auckland and will report directly to the Global Head of Supply Chain.As this role will work across time zones East Imperial supports flexible working practices and offers a competitive salary, laptop & phone.Your application will include the following questions:Do you have customer service experience?Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in New Zealand?How would you rate your English language skills?What's your expected annual base salary?Are you available to work outside your usual hours when required?
