We have an exciting opportunity for a Parts and Service Advisor, working in the South of Auckland in Pukekohe. Our client is well known in the Agricultural and Construction Industries and offers a great work environment, earnings and a flagship Dealership, all for the right candidate. Base salary and commissions Excellent team culture and workplace environment Newly built Flagship Branch The successful candidate will provide a first-class customer experience as well as implementing the dealership's core values, whilst having the support and guidance of a great team leader and Branch Manager. The role with see you cross performing both Parts and Service Advisor duties within the branch. Training and development is readily available to develop either Parts or Service skills that you may currently be lacking. You may be a Service Advisor wanting some variety, or a Parts Advisor looking to grow your portfolio or move away from automotive into an exciting and community driven farming community with a NZ owned national company. On a day-to-day basis, you will Deal with service and parts clientele in a professional, prompt and courteous manner Portray a positive first impression of the Service and Parts Department Advise Parts availability, procurement and allocation of stock. Book equipment and machinery into the department for work to be carried out Inform customers of the progress of their vehicle Finalise the invoice on completion of required work About you Customer focus, relationship maintenance and communication skills are of paramount importance in this role Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to customer service Well-presented and have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills Strong computer literacy and numerical skills essential Background in either parts sales or a service advisor role within NZ.
