Online Client Relations Associate

Job Description: Narrative is currently seeking a part-time Online Client Relations Associate to join our team in Auckland, NZ. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in client relations and a strong background in online customer service. Responsibilities:1. Manage and respond to client inquiries through various online platforms such as email, chat, and social media.2. Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.3. Assist in resolving customer issues and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner.4. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services.5. Monitor online reviews and feedback to address any concerns or negative feedback from clients.6. Analyze data and metrics to measure client satisfaction and make recommendations for improving the client experience.7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client relations to continuously improve processes. Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.2. Strong written and verbal communication skills.3. Proven experience in online client relations or customer service.4. Resilient attitude with the ability to handle difficult clients or challenging situations.5. Confident demeanor with the ability to make decisions independently.6. Excellent presentation skills for communicating with clients and stakeholders.7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.8.
