Client Service Associate - Work From Home

Job Description: Beca Group is seeking a Client Service Associate to join our team in Nelson, NZ. Requirements:1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in client services or a related field.2. Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service and support.3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.4. Resilient and energetic personality traits.5. Excellent presentation skills and emotional intelligence.6. Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.7. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.8. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
