Job Description:

L Brands is seeking a dynamic and passionate Chat Support Associate to join our team in Nelson, New Zealand. As a Chat Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through online chat platforms. This role requires a high level of confidence, critical thinking, and decision-making skills to effectively assist customers with their inquiries and resolve any issues they may encounter.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through online chat platforms- Resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner- Identify and escalate any complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team member- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements:- 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Passionate about providing exceptional customer service- Confident in handling challenging customer interactions- Strong decision-making and critical thinking skills- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
