Job Description:

Avery Dennison is seeking a part-time Online Customer Support Officer to join our team in Nelson, NZ. As an Entry Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a customer support role. We are looking for an adaptable and motivated individual who possesses strong strategic planning and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent customer support via online channels such as email, chat, and social media- Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and product information- Process orders, returns, and refunds in a timely manner- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues effectively- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Monitor online reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies- Build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners

Requirements:

- 1 year of experience in a customer support role- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Excellent problem-solving skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online customer support software- Adaptable and motivated attitude- Strong strategic planning and negotiation skills
