Job Description:
General Mills is seeking a dedicated and energetic Chat Support Manager to join our team on a remote basis. As a Chat Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the chat support team, ensuring high-quality customer service and timely resolution of issues. This is a full-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 6 years of related experience.
Responsibilities:- Manage a team of chat support agents, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations- Develop and implement chat support strategies to improve customer satisfaction and efficiency- Monitor chat support metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement- Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide resolutions in a timely manner- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support
