Job Description:

Cablevision Systems is seeking a passionate and driven Online Chat Support Associate to join our team in Nelson, New Zealand. As an Associate level position, we are looking for candidates with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:1. Provide online chat support to customers regarding product inquiries, technical issues, billing concerns, and general customer service inquiries.2. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues using problem-solving skills and innovative solutions.4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.5. Collaborate with other team members to provide a seamless customer experience.6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.7. Meet and exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response times, and issue resolution.

Requirements:1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.3. Excellent time management and organizational skills.4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.5. Innovative problem-solving abilities.6.
