Job Description: We are looking for a Web Chat Representative to join our team at Apache. This is a part-time remote position based in Nelson, Nelson, NZ. As an Associate Level Web Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through our online chat platform. Responsibilities:1. Engage with customers through web chat to assist with inquiries, provide product information, and resolve any issues or concerns.2. Utilize critical thinking skills to quickly assess and address customer needs in a timely manner.3. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with customers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.4. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and provide feedback on customer interactions.5. Stay current on product knowledge and company policies to effectively communicate information to customers.6. Consistently meet performance targets and adhere to quality standards set by the company. Requirements:1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.2. Resourceful and adaptable personality traits to effectively handle a variety of customer interactions.3. Strong leadership skills to take ownership of customer inquiries and provide solutions autonomously.4. Excellent critical thinking skills to quickly assess and address customer needs.5. Ability to work independently in a remote environment and maintain a high level of productivity.6.
