Job Description:
Republic Services is seeking a Client Relations Associate to join our team in Nelson, NZ. As a Client Relations Associate, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and continued partnership with our company. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have, and proactively identifying opportunities for growth and collaboration.
Responsibilities:1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.2. Communicate effectively with clients through various channels, including in-person meetings, phone calls, and emails.3. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and customer service, to ensure a seamless experience for clients.4. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to clients to drive revenue growth.5. Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.6. Prepare reports and presentations on client performance and feedback for internal stakeholders.7. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity to provide strategic insights to clients.
Requirements:1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a similar industry.2. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels of an organization.3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.5. Adaptability and the willingness to take on new challenges.6. Motivated and driven to achieve results.7. Innovative thinking and the ability to propose creative solutions to client needs.8. Leadership skills and the ability to influence and inspire others.
