Sustainability Manager

Primary responsible for leading the sustainability strategy, business objectives and programs including review and continuous improvement
Your work will involve:
Develop and build in-house sustainability programs in all aspects of the businessLead Sustainability strategy and thinkingKeep the Company at the leading edge of construction sustainabilityCollecting, processing, and analysing the business's carbon data, and other sustainability initiatives and programs.About you At least 5 years of experience in leading and implementing sustainability strategies and change management processesExperience in New Zealand sustainability legislation and UN Sustainable Development GoalsYou ideally have a tertiary qualification in sustainability, management or related areasExcellent people skills and stakeholder management skillsElectric VehicleJoin a well-resourced and successful name in the Northland Civil Construction industryA place in the key leadership team of this companyPotential for entry into the Employee Ownership SchemeAbout the company These guys are well-known across the industry for their innovation and quality on delivering large- scale projects in civil infrastructure.
