In this role your focus will be ensuring the delivery of all products and services first and last mile are delivered & picked up, in a manner that meets our service standards and our customers' expectations.What this really means is that you'll be responsible for leading and managing our frontline service delivery teams including Mail & Parcel processing, Delivery Agents, Contract Posties, Couriers and our Rural Delivery Contractors, as well as our admin team and Service Delivery Coordinators.This challenging and exciting role, no two days are ever the same, and you'll be involved in any or all of these things, fromRegular check-ins with your teamManaging team performance and site safetyBuilding internal culture and relationshipsUsing your super IT and Excel skills to provide reporting / analysisManaging rosters and budgetsRecruiting and onboarding new teamsBeing a key point of contact for our customers and dealing with any escalations - the variety is huge!
