Te Herenga Waka - Victoria University of Wellington is currently recruiting a Programme Manager for the Latin America Centre of Asia-Pacific Excellence (LatAm CAPE) for an up to six-month fixed-term contract, to replace our Programme Manager currently on parental leave. This is a unique opportunity for you to:
Showcase your superb programme and project management skills.
Contribute to building New Zealander’s capability to engage with Latin America.
Support the development of new projects with the LatAm CAPE Director with your strong research skills.

Programme and project management and reporting.
Process management and systems innovation development.
Portfolio and relationship development.

Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a successful programme and project manager in the business and/or tertiary education sectors, including the design of programmes and the monitoring and evaluation of programmes in complex settings.
An advanced ability to manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong research skills.
Successful interaction with monitoring and evaluation frameworks, quality assurance and communications teams.
Strong people and communication skills.
Strong intercultural skills.
