Ensuring we develop and embed the frameworks needed to help us scale effectively and embed excellence in all that we design, build and deliver.Our PX Transformation is focused on reimagining the way we deliver a world-class employee experience to employees and people leaders across Xero in a scalable and consistent way. As a People Experience Designer, you will be at the centre of embedding a user-first approach to our process and system changes, underpinned by well thought out and considered user personas and journeys that deliver that Xero experience that is so important to our people.You will make an impact by designing end user experiences that delight Xeros and People Leaders when interacting with PX
