HR Business Partner – Manufacturing- County DownMCS Group is thrilled to be partnering with an award winning organisation, who are wishing to appoint an experienced HR Business Partner on a fulltime, permanent basis.The RoleAs the HR Business Partner, you will be supporting the HR function in providing a comprehensive, professional and customer-focused HR service to employees and managers on operational requirements and business plan objectives.You will be a point of contact on all HR policy as well as this you will support and advise managers on a range of employee relations issues, of employment law, and effective employment practice to ensure the Company meets its employment obligations.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide a dedicated HR advice to all Employees across the groupManage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, including supporting managers with designing adverts, creating competency based interview questions, inductions and equality reportingLead and deliver on HR initiatives and projectsReview, update and communicate policies and procedures ensuring they are in line with current legislationMonitoring and analysing data to with strategy developmentProvide expert advice and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures and employee relations issues.Design and deliver in-house training on policies and procedures to managers and staff as and when required.Support and coach managers on all employee relations mattersPromote a diverse & inclusive culture by supporting company initiativesThe Successful Candidate3 years generalist HR experience operating in an advisory capacityCIPD qualified or working towardsA proven track record of coaching and influencing line managers at all levels within an organisation.A clean valid driver's licenseExperience working in manufacturing would be desirableWhat's in it for youA competitive salary of £40-45kBeing part of an experienced teamFlexible start and finish timesOpportunity for hybrid working32 days annual leave (inclusive of stats)Health cash planTo speak in absolute confidence about this opportunity please contact Simon Markey, HR Recruitment Specialist at MCS Group on 67 or send an up-to-date CV via the link provided.MCS Group – CIPD NI HR Awards Headline Sponsor 2023#J-18808-Ljbffr
