We have multiple opportunities both permanent and fixed term (12 months) reporting to a Head of People Partnering.Working across a large, exciting and complex portfolio we require a high achieving HR professional with strong experience and connection to relevant future trends and market insights. It is essential you have confidence to strategically collaborate with senior leaders and executives to understand their requirements and drive organisational effectiveness. Transformational change and management will play a large part of this role with the opportunity to lead and implement initiatives.A team focus, strong relationship skills and exceptional communication skills will set you up for success when involved in project work and building successful cross functional relationships.
