We are seeking a team player with a proactive mindset to join us as our People & Capability Advisor, located in Tokoroa. In this role, you will be involved in all aspects of the employee experience. Primarily, your proficiency in Recruitment and Sourcing Strategies will greatly contribute to our fast-paced Recruitment processes. Additionally, as we embark on the implementation of our new HRIS system, you'll play a crucial role in this project and its success.
Manage Recruitment efforts, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview coordination.Continuously update our recruitment approach to align with market trends and candidate behaviour.Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with employees and managers at all levels.Provide HR guidance and support to employees and support the People & Capability Coordinator with queries in our People & Capability inbox.Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.Provide assistance to the wider People & Capability Team as required.Ideally bring a relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Psychology.Preferably have experience in a recruitment role or exposure to recruitment during your tenure as an HR Coordinator or Advisor.Nga ahuatanga kei a matou: What we offer
