As part of this role, you will work closely within a dedicated business portfolio in a hands on, operational HR role that will work as a trusted advisor on day-to-day HR issues and input into our HR strategy and practices that enhance and develop the ability to deliver sound HR services to our managers and their staff.This is a permanent full-time, Monday to Friday position, based at Middlemore Hospital.Mou ake About youAs an HRBP, you will bring expertise in HR disciplines, including ER, and you'll have the experience and remit to co-design and deliver people and culture initiatives to build organisational capability.This is a diverse role, and we are looking for a solid HR all-rounder.
