Ensuring the organisation and its people are led through transparent practices, relevant law, pay and reward, people analytics and robust resourcing processes. A strategic partnering approach ensures our leaders are guided to navigate all people related matters and create positive working environments for our kaimahi now and into the future.The People & Capability (P&C) team form part of our wider People and Leadership group which includes Organisational Development and Governance teams. As a group we thrive on delivering innovative ways of developing organisational and people capability.
