Witha permanent staff of around 600, and an extra 4500+ people brought in to helpduring main harvest, there is plenty to do!THE ROLEWe are looking for a People & Capability superstar tojoin our team based at our office located just out of Te Puke, close to theexpressway (go against the traffic!)As one of two Business Partner's in our People andCapability team, you will enjoy a dynamic role which requires the ability tounderstand our business and establish key relationships to provide pragmatichuman resource advice and direction to our people managers.This is a generalist role, however between the two businesspartners there will be functional responsibility for certain areas which, depending on the candidate may includeseasonal recruitment, talent management, employment and industrial relations,the employee experience, and remuneration and benefits.We are also in the process of implementing an HRIS and updatedpayroll system, which will be a key part of this role, so system implementationand change management is highly advantageous.You will be joining a small but supportive team that getsstuck in but has fun along the way!SKILLS & EXPERIENCE3-5 years demonstrated success in a businesspartnering roleA tertiary qualification in human resources or asimilar fieldDemonstrated experience in providing advice andinfluencing people strategiesDemonstrated experience in system implementationand change managementHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to build and form positive relationshipsWHAT WE CAN OFFER YOUCompetitive salary package including health,life & trauma insuranceFree onsite parkingOnsite gymModern office surrounded by orchardsAt Seeka, we work hard, and we have fun.
