We're seeking a Payroll Officer to join our finance team on a part-time basis for 12 months. This role is critical in supporting our workforce, enabling them to focus on our mission of creating outstanding plant-based foods. You will play a key role in maintaining our payroll operations, adhering to legal standards, and contributing to our team's success. Key Responsibilities: Accurately process payroll for all employees, including salary calculations, deductions, and tax requirements. Handle payroll queries and provide outstanding service to our team members. Maintain up-to-date records of payroll transactions and employee data. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to payroll. Work closely with HR and accounting to streamline payroll processes and improve efficiency. Who You Are: You have at least 3 years of experience in payroll administration You are knowledgeable about New Zealand's payroll and employment laws. You're proficient in payroll software and systems, with a keen eye for detail. You possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage sensitive information.
