This is a Permanent Part Time position working 32 hours per week, Monday to Friday and can work from anywhere in Aotearoa!Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:First point of contact via phone/email for enquiries from both internal and external clients -Effectively coordinating training sessions – venues, catering, resources and correspondence to clients inviting them to the sessionsDedicated 0800 Helpdesk function to support internal and external clientsProcessing documents and providing support via shared team inboxCreating new learner accounts for internal and externalNSN checks for learners both internal and externalAccurately enrol internal and external learners into the correct courses, certifications and programs and sending correspondence to the learnersMaintain accurate real time learning records as per proceduresMaintain high quality documentation as requiredReport trainee results in line with set proceduresProducing high quality reports with statistical analysis, weekly and fortnightlyBuilding and maintaining strong relationships internally and externallyMentoring and training new staff members within the teamExperience or Qualification in health and disability is desirableExperience with NZQA, NSI, Totara is preferredExperience supporting individuals through an 0800 Helpdesk queueRelationship management skills - able to build rapport with customers and colleaguesExcellent communication skills and telephone mannerData management and reporting - able to use data to drive action and implement changeExceptional time management and the ability to multitaskAdvanced use of Excel and Word (ability to mail merge from exported data)Technically savvy to use multiple systems and login to external sites.Applicants for this position will need have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.Please note: only suitable candidates will be contacted for interviewYour application will include the following questions:How many years' experience do you have in a training & development role?Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in New Zealand?How many years' experience do you have as a Learning and Development Coordinator?Which of the following Microsoft Office products are you experienced with?What's your expected annual base salary?Do you have experience in administration?How much notice are you required to give your current employer?Report this job advert Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.#J-18808-Ljbffr
