About this role:
This important role of Learning and Development Advisor in our Learningand Development Team is a full time permanent role; reporting to our Learningand Development Manager you will be part of the wider OrganisationalDevelopment Team. The role has a diverse range of educational responsibilitiesacross key non-clinical learning areas for our DHB. You will have theopportunity to lead, transform and contribute to learning and development bygrowing our blended learning solutions. The Learning and Developmentteam are dedicated educators and as such you will work with a fantastic groupof people who share your professional interests. You will be based in our brandnew education facility at North Shore Hospital, but will also work at WaitakereHospital.
About your experience:
You are an experienced facilitator of face-to-face learning
You are experienced with Learning Management Systems and developing learning solutions
You have high level people capability skills and emotional intelligence
You understand adult learning and blended approaches
You know how to connect into and navigate a large organisation
You can work with the detail, and also take a strategic view of the work
You are highly creative and invested in great learning experiences.

You are an awesome communicator, both verbal and written
You have strong organizational and administrative skills
You are customer/stakeholder focused and friendly
You are self-motivated, creative and action orientated.
