Job Description

Our client is a Women's Health Centre specialising in Gynaecology, nutrition, weigh-loss, anti-ageing and much more! They are the leaders in women's health and are committed to providing exceptional service to ensure that women receive an excellent level of care, satisfaction & wellbeing.
They are seeking a friendly, reliable, and highly organised Medical Administrator to join their team based in Tauranga. Reporting to the Director of the company you will be the first point of contact for visitors to the clinic and will be responsible for a variety of tasks including answering customer queries, data entry, processing orders, booking appointments, payroll and administration support.
Responsibilities include:
Reception duties including answering calls, dealing with customers and staff enquiries
Registering and assisting patients and coordinating with the staff.
Processing orders, sending invoices to customers.
Payroll responsibilities: entering and processing wages
General office administration including data entry, documentation and filing support
Other administration / accounts related tasks are involved
Candidates should possess:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar, medical administration role
A good basic knowledge of accounts - experience using Xero is a bonus!
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to resolve customer queries
High levels of discretion and honesty
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to deliver on-time
Experience in data entry with a good understanding of Microsoft Office

Undergo a pre-employment drug testing if required
Complete a satisfactory Ministry of Justice Check
