Job Description:
WEC Energy Group is seeking a hardworking and driven individual to join our team as a Live Chat Assistant in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong research and people management skills.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner through live chat- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Continuously improve customer service experience through feedback and data analysis
Requirements:- 3 years of experience in a customer service or live chat role- Strong research and people management skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
