Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Customer Success Associate to join our team at Plexure Group. This is a remote part-time position based in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ, with the opportunity for entry-level professionals to gain valuable experience in the customer success field. As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers are satisfied with our products and services, and that their needs are met in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and they are satisfied with our products and services- Be the primary point of contact for customers and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner- Provide product demonstrations and training to customers as needed- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of products and services to existing customers- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve customer retention and satisfaction- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement- Collaborate with the product development team to communicate customer needs and help improve our products and services- Meet and exceed customer success metrics and targets

Requirements:- Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work well in a team environment- Self-motivated and goal-oriented- Proficient in using technology and customer relationship management systems- No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in the customer success field
