Customer Service Officer

United Rentals is seeking a reliable and dedicated Customer Service Officer to join our team in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. As a part-time position at the Associate Level, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities:- Providing excellent customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner- Handling customer complaints and escalations with empathy and problem-solving skills- Processing orders, returns, and refunds accurately- Building strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty- Collaborating with other team members to improve overall customer experience
