Job description:
Plexure Group is seeking a dedicated and reliable Web Chat Representative to join our team on a full-time remote basis. As a Web Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat platforms.
Responsibilities:- Engage with customers through web chat to address inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions in a professional and timely manner- Assist customers with navigating our website, placing orders, and resolving any technical difficulties they may encounter- Utilize critical thinking skills to quickly assess and resolve customer concerns, escalating complex issues as needed- Document customer interactions and feedback to provide insights for continuous improvement of our services- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels- Meet and exceed performance targets and quality standards set by the company- Stay up-to-date on product offerings, promotions, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements:- 2 years of experience in a customer service or support role- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Critical thinking skills to analyze situations and come up with creative solutions- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in using web chat platforms and basic computer skills- Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
