Now, as we gear up for further growth, we need a switched-on Product Data Administrator to help us deliver excellence in data management while leading and executing our internal launch process including liaising with key suppliers to maintain and update key product information and imagery.The RoleAs a key member of our Marketing Team, your work will play a vital role in driving positive change in the lives of New Zealanders.We're looking for an experienced Product Data Administrator who will play a crucial role in managing and executing our product launch process across the departments and our suppliers ensuring that all updates and deletes are actioned and implemented through the system accurately and timely (including product information/technical data and imagery).You'll bring your best data management skills to the table, helping us plan, deliver and manage product launches and updates across a wide variety of product ranges. A positive relationship builder you will enjoy engaging across the organisation and with external suppliers.The Ideal CandidateWe're seeking a skilled detail-driven individual who has demonstrated excellence across product launch process management and product data management. Those with a background in auditing or business analyst roles would also be considered. Experience in a healthcare or FMCG environment would be advantageous.You are a highly detail-driven professional, who can effectively lead people through the process by building strong relationships across the business. You thrive in a collaborative environment and value the power of teamwork. And, your exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, will be essential in effectively conveying your work and collaborating with cross-functional teams and international suppliers.To be successful in this role, you should have:SkillsExcellent attention to detailProcess/project leadership in a scrum or leader in other meeting forums.Advanced skills in Excel, and Microsoft suite.
