We're seeking a proven leader to continue the successful growth of our Trade & B2B business.
You will be results driven and will have the ability to grow business through maintaining current as well as developing new key trade relationships. Preferably you will have a strong background in the Building Industry, whilst having the ability to use your leadership experience to create and lead a high performing team that seeks to consistently strive for excellence.
This is a fulltime position with an attractive salary package, includes a company vehicle, mobile phone and laptop.
Within this role you will be: Developing solid customer relationships to increase & maintain businessMentoring Trade Account Managers to maximise sales opportunitiesInspiring Trade team members to provide an outstanding customer service experience every timeMaximizing sales and profitability of the Trade department, as well as contributing to the overall financial results of the store.Reporting sales budgets and stock forecastsPromoting a team culture that encourages a positive and safe working environmentTo be successful in this role you will have: Proven management experience, preferably within the Building IndustryExcellent organisational and planning skills with an ability to adapt quickly to meet market needsA second nature ability to deliver an exceptional customer service experienceA high degree of initiative with a 'think outside the square' readinessEnergy and enthusiasm to motivate your teamEffective verbal and written communicationA Trade-related qualification or similar as this would be a distinct advantage.If you're looking to grow your career and be part of an exciting, dynamic business in full growth mode then please apply online at mitre10.careercentre.net.nz.
