In this position you will drive achievement of your Territory Budget through sales reporting and variance management in conjunction with the Field Sales Manager
Responsibilities: High attention to detail with excellent communication and written skills.Building relationships and have a flare for creating win-win outcomesBuilds understanding of the customer and uses this to develop customer profiles and plans.Effectively managing your territory and being the conduit between our business and our customers, representing Wattie's to the best of your ability.Develop a Territory plan through Customer Joint Value Plans which are executed, reviewed, and optimised.Manages Territory performance through regular performance review by store. Implement shelf relays on time and according to strategyMeet and exceed individual and business sales targetsEfficiently managing your territory and applying your energy to grow the businessDriving distribution and shelf space for products in storeAble to use data and insights to build sales opportunity & present to customersA team player who can solve problems and is eager to bring positive energy to othersUphold the Kraft Heinz values and to work in a way that contributes to the company's visionAbout you: Tertiary qualifications in Business/ Sales (desired) Sales experience with a blue-chip fast-moving consumer goods company (FMCG) with a proven track record / sales experience with key international or local retailers Experience in interpreting, selling, and presenting with data and insightsAbility to work independently, as part of a team and work under pressure to tight deadlinesHighly organisedCommercially astuteAbout us: Hybrid Working – Flexibility around when and where you work.Pay for Performance – industry leading variable compensation offerings tied to company and individual performance on top of a competitive base salary package.Parental Leave – paid time off for both primary AND secondary caregiversLeave Options – Purchased leave, volunteer leave and LiveWell leave programs to give you even more flexibility to plan your life and spend time on causes that matter.In House Training ProgramsCorporate Discount Programs & Novated Leasing – Utilize a range of discount programs (gym membership, health insurance, banking) depending on location.#LI-DNI
