Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a dedicated and confident Client Relations Associate to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for someone looking to kickstart their career in client relations.

Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and support- Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services to clients- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance client satisfaction and retention- Identify new business opportunities and work towards expanding the client base- Assist in organizing and attending client meetings, presentations, and events- Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to provide insightful recommendations to clients

Requirements:- 1 year of experience in a customer service or client relations role- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong organizational and time-management abilities- Creativity and strategic planning skills for problem-solving and relationship-building- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
