An excellent opportunity exists for an experienced Territory Manager, based in Auckland, Queenstown or Whangarei, in the cleaning and hygiene space to join our team reporting to the NZ Country Manager.  Key functions include: Customer Relationship Management  Continuously growing sales through direct and distributor sales  Develop product and market expertise Servicing customers in order to fulfil contractual requirements through the utilization of call plans, sales reporting, and customer reviews Basic repairs ,installations and maintenance to Diversey dosing and dispensing systems Service Management  Services and maintains Diversey customers by performing planned service checks and, preventive maintenance. Ensures contractual obligations are met and within the defined service levels Ensures all service reports on time, correct and complete Develops and manages a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual call plan that: Meets the agreed service expectations Minimizes overheads such as travel, accommodation, fuel etc Carries out all non-chargeable work as per the signed / agreed Service Level Agreements. Escalates in writing, any activities or events likely to impact on Diversey business, ensures full investigation and reporting. Manages ABP accounts and ensures that accounts are monitored on a monthly basis, that stock takes and orders are performed monthly Achieve customer objectives, strategies and product sales budgets. Prepare and deliver product presentations that address clients' (new and existing) needs and leads to the establishment of new business. In this role, you will be offered an attractive salary package (including bonus), and the opportunity to be part of a growing and innovative global organization.  About You Ideally you will have the following attributes to be successful: Qualification requirements- Commercial Tertiary degree Two years of Sales and Service Skills/experience preferably in a Business to Business industry with proven track record of achieving Sales Targets  Strong finance and business acumen Strong time management skills with the ability to multi-task while being flexible with changing demands. Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong coaching/sales performance skills Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint You should have relevant hygiene experience or industry related. Resilience when dealing with the sales cycles and business demands Police Check, background check and Pre-employment medical will be required. Must have 3 doses of COVID vaccination.
