We are looking for an energetic and motivated team leader for our Intensive Support Services for our youth and young adults in Wellington. You will lead a team in supporting our youth to live as independently as possible whilst also providing a safe environment where they can develop confidence, build friendships, and interact within the community. We are seeking three team leaders for our Kapiti Service, Lower Hutt Service and New town. There will be a mixture of morning, afternoon, and evening shifts spanning across the week, so having the flexibility to support your team across a variety of shifts is a key part of this role.What does the role involve? | He aha te mahi a te mahiA Team Leader assists people with disabilities to live as independently as possible, as well as leading and motivating their team.
