As a Change Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving and implementing strategic change initiatives within NZSIS. Working in a small, newly established team, you'll have the opportunity to support and guide investment teams, ensuring the successful integration of changes critical to our organisation's mission. This role is not just about managing change; it's about fostering a culture of adaptability and growth within our dynamic environment. In this role you will: Work closely with programme, product and project teams, including stakeholders. Develop and champion pragmatic change management standards and processes. Coach and mentor project leaders to ensure successful change implementation. Identify and analyse business change risks and issues, introducing preventative measures when possible and identifying and putting in place mitigations where appropriate. What can we offer you? You are self-motivated and innovative, with excellent relationship management and communication skills. You have strong planning, prioritisation, and critical thinking skills including the ability to operate in a complex work environment with competing priorities. Ideally you have: A minimum 5 years of relevant change management experience. A tertiary qualification or equivalent experience, fluent in change management practices (e.g., ADKAR Change model), APMG Change Management Practitioner or equivalent. To be eligible for employment within the NZIC you must have been a NZ citizen for at least 10 years. Alternatively you must hold a current NZ Residency Class Visa and ideally have been a citizen of UK, USA, Canada or Australia for at least 10 years. You must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Special (TSS) security clearance. Ordinarily to obtain this level of clearance candidates must have a 15 year checkable background in countries where meaningful and reliable checks can be undertaken. Where requisite checks are unable to be made, the candidate application may not be able to be progressed.
