Talent Acquisition Specialist

Jump in and help out this financial services business during a busy time in talent acquisition. You'll need to be available for an immediate/short notice start.
Here's what you'll be doing
Based in CBD offices and reporting to the Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll be looking after end to end recruitment. You will confidently pick up current processes and kick off new ones. This is an operational role where you'll role up your sleeves and be happy doing the doing! Get alongside the business, and free up the TA Partner to get into some strategic work she has on the go.
Skills and experience you'll bring
You're an experienced recruitment specialist, bringing a solid background in end to end recruitment. This will include some sourcing for difficult roles, as well as advertising in the right places to attract the right talent. This role will include some volume and some niche roles.
Salary for this role is $80-90k.
To be eligible for this role, you'll need to have the right to work in New Zealand.
