Details of the offer

Baker's will probably say that it's fine to cut cookies with the cookie cutter approach. But that's ok for them because they're only cookies. But we're not talking about cookies are we? Frontline Health have partnered with a boutique private practice on Brisbane's south side who are offering a role for a Speech Pathologist who take charge of the speech side of things in their small but very sought after clinic. Taking an approach that focuses on building the strongest relationships with their client as possible and tailoring their services to specific needs - they are on the look out for a clinician whose heart is in the right place and has the knowledge and experience to support it.
The ideal person stepping into this role is one of two things: Option 1: You're a superstar speechie whose come into their own, works well with a team, can operate autonomously and has excellent clinical skills. Maybe you graduated a few years ago and have not looked back since. Wow, look at you go!
Option 2: You're a pro! It's OK you can admit it, nobody's listening. You've been around the block a few times and learned a lot along the way, you want to share, you want to build, you want to engage, you like to connect with stakeholders just as much as you do with your clients and your peers.
If you're either of these things, then how many years you have been doing it, how many letters you have after your name and what your GPA was back in the day is less of a concern. You've become the speechie you are today by being really good in the role, so we want to hear from you and hear about what makes you such a legend. Having current SPA registration and full Australian working rights are essential.
Benefits: The role and its benefits are tailored to the person that can fill it - so forgive us for being a bit vague at this point.
Your salary will reflect your experience and what you an offer (option 1 or 2) - but It'll be on the higher side
There's all kinds of flexibility, WFH for reports, flex start and finish times, PT or FT
PD and Supervision - This entirely depends on what you want and need, but there is a provision for both
This is a values driven collaborative culture - warm, inviting and supportive
The role is 90% clinic based, but where it makes sense you might do a school/home visit once a week of so
Location: This role is very central, close to a major hospital, a major motor way and a major sporting venue. It's at the top end of the south side, so north siders might still want to cross a bridge for it.
What's next? This is a genuine opportunity for the right Speech Pathologist to take a role, make it their own, make a mark on the organisation and, most importantly, an impact on the lives of your clients each day. If this lit you up a little, reach out. If you're questioning whether you are option 1 or 2, that's fine I have option 3 through to 80 elsewhere too.
I'm Ben, the recruiter looking after this role. I'm the same person that helped this private practice find their Lead Occupational Therapist last year, who can not speak more highly of the role they've found themselves in - she's a legend too, you'll get along swimmingly. Call me to learn more on ******** or email Apply now and expect a call from me in 24 hours.
