Our Experience Design (XD) Team is part of Autodesk's Entertainment and Media Solutions (EMS) group. This group creates award-winning desktop and cloud software for the media & entertainment industries. We hope you are an overall product design expert with a deep web, desktop, mobile and TVOS expertise. You will report to the Director of Experience Design for Media & Entertainment. This role is hybrid/remote and can be based in any city in New Zealand or Australia. Our offices are in Auckland, New Zealand. Responsibilities Design elegant user-centric experiences that delight users Define the user experience, interactions, and user interface through user flows, information architecture, sketches and wireframes, and visual design Build functional prototypes to validate your designs Help maintain visual and brand consistency across all products Help define the vision and execution of solving user problems through the user experience Contribute to the Design Systems, help determine whether components are single-use or multi-use, and provide recommendations to designers regarding new component requests Participate in Design Reviews and model best practices for giving and receiving feedback Minimum Qualifications Visualise and prototype intended solutions at multiple levels of fidelity, from high-level wireframes or mock-ups to conceptual presentations to technical documents and diagrams Present designs to multiple audiences, including software development, quality assurance, learning content development, marketing, and User Experience Designer P3 - Trimmed 3 leadership 5+ years of experience with human-centered design methods and practice.
