You will work with minimum supervision and report to the Head of Design and the Operations Manager, who controls the daily workflow.Responsibilities: Ability to develop original and innovative design solutions that meet agency/client objectivesAbility to craft and enhance concepts with the oversight of the Head of DesignEnjoy working collaboratively with enthusiasm in a team environment and love a laughThe maintenance and correct usage of Agency equipmentPoise under pressurePresent work with passion and flareHigh level of attention to detail and work accuracyPreparation of finalised artwork for production outputAble to learn, connect, teach, and mentor other designers and lead out projectsKeeping acquainted with the latest technology and software developmentsAbility to forge strong client relationships Skills Required: Understanding of conceptual design processA proficiency in Adobe CCAn understanding of Microsoft Office and Google SuiteCollaboration through the design process and taking direction and feedbackUnderstanding and capability of building artwork for packaging, POS, and campaign executionCommunication and good sense of humour under pressureA listening ear and ability to distil and understand briefing and production spec information You are a ball of energy, with lots of positivity and will have an exceptional book of work.
