Developers/Programmers (Information & Communication Technology) Frello is a dynamic SaaS member management company serving over 700 clubs and organisations in more than 10 countries. Our mission is to simplify administrative tasks for sports clubs, associations, hobby groups, and non-profits. With a strong foundation poised for expansion, we're looking for a Senior Software Developer who can take charge of our development and join our new and growing team. Position Overview: The Senior Software Developer position at Frello will be a key player in our Dev team, working and improving our incredible SaaS products which are now geared for future growth. We are looking for someone who is able to work across both our front and back end code bases. Our platform is going through a significant growth period and there is an opportunity to stamp your mark in developing a world class product. You will work closely with our small, tight-knit team as we look to grow over the next 12 months. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Roll your sleeves up every day and get into the code. Research, design and implement software solutions. Contribute to Product Architecture. Collaborate with Product Managers in conceptualising and developing new features and contribute to the product roadmap. Problem solve and tackle technically challenging issues. Provide technical guidance and leadership to the team as it grows. Required Skills: 8+ years experience in our backend technology Node.js and MongoDB Strong experience front end web development (ideally Vue) Experience in automating business processes Strong understanding of AWS environments including Cognito and the AWS platform Able to contribute to system migration activities Experience with Identity and Access Management Product solution design and architecture experience, particularly with Netlify, Heroku Required Qualifications: A minimum of 8 years of development experience, preferably working on SaaS products. Proven track record of managing all aspects of software product development. Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done.
