Senior Quantity Surveyor

Work in the commercial team to help deliver projects that are on time and on budget. Develop great relationships with the Project Managers who are working across various sites Assisting Project Managers with payment claims, tender preparation and other commercial aspects of construction sites.
About you: You will bring six + years of experience in a similar civil construction role in NZ
You are able to work to strict deadlines
You'll be excellent at setting up and enhancing systems and QS technologies
You'll enjoy working both pre and post-contract
Exposure to medium/large commercial projects
You'll be an out-going person good with both the Client and the Sub-Contractor
You're ready to take charge and stamp your mark
