You will work closely with key stakeholders in the Finance team and Project Managers from across the Division to analyse data from all parts of the business, evaluate return on investment, create reports, and streamline processes. This pivotal role will provide valuable information to enable strategic decision making to assure our continued growth and success.The role which also has one direct report, provides a high degree of hands on variety while managing the process from end-to-end. It will offer exposure to a diverse range of projects and areas and you will develop deep knowledge of the company, industry and its products to be better able to offer innovative solutions to the business for both existing and new products and equipment..About youTo be successful in this position you will have:CIMA, CPA, CA qualification or equivalent with 5 years' post qualification work experienceExceptional excel skills and high attention to detailExperience supporting and evaluating large complex Capital projects, with competing prioritiesUnderstanding of the true cost of purchasing large assets, including ROI calculationsAbility to analyse and report on large amounts of dataContinuous improvement mindset suggesting areas for improvement and lead continuous improvement projects.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer service focusAbility to business partner and manage challenging conversations with senior executivesSAP and PowerBI experience is beneficialIdeally from a manufacturing or construction backgroundYour effective communication and interpersonal skills will be critical to engage with and influence diverse teams to ensure projects are financially viable.
