Senior Financial Analyst (2X Fixed Term Contracts)

ASB Finance provides financial and management accounting services across the broad, diverse and successful ASB group.We are looking for 2 proven Senior Financial Analysts to join our Management Information team on a fixed term / secondment basis. Along with the team, you will be producing the management information and reporting, along with analysis that supports the business in driving decision making.The opportunities available are as follows9 month fixed term (40 hours per week) covering an employee on secondment elsewhere12 month fixed term (24 hours per week) covering an employee on parental leaveKey responsibilities include:Monthly management reports, analysis and interpretation of management informationDevelop budgets, forecasts and business initiative reportingProviding insightful commentary on the consolidated forecasts, including key drivers of projected results, risks and opportunitiesMaintenance and development of Excel-based forecast modelsWe are looking for a Chartered Accountant (or equivalent) with strong technical skills in management accounting, budgeting, forecasting, modelling and analysis. You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to influence management, act as a trusted financial advisor and build strong relationships across the business. Understanding the big picture, whilst holding a strong eye for detail is important, as are advanced excel and business writing skills.
