This is a pivotal position for the wider group to manage and optimise the accounts payable process and assist with a new system implementation later in the year.This position involves handling all aspects of accounts payable operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, and developing strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, experience with process improvement, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Duties include:Accurate entry of accounts payable transactionsInvoice coding, ensuring compliance with sign-off authoritiesPreparation of bank payment filesMaintenance of supplier master filesAssist with the annual audit of the GroupImplement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in the accounts payable cycleCollaborate with the wider group to streamline workflowsProvide training and support to other team members on new processes and systemsSo, who are you and what is your profile?
