Financial & Administration Manager Function: Finance Reports to: Solid: Country Manager – Australia & New Zealand Dotted: Head of Region - Finance Direct reports: Assistant Accountant – Australia, Assistant Accountant – New Zealand Location:Penrose, Auckland, New Zealand Travel: Up to 10% Our client is seeking a Financial & Administration Manager to join their team in Auckland, New Zealand. This role involves working closely with the Country Manager and Head of Finance to ensure effective financial management, control, and reporting forthe companiesAustralia & New Zealand selling units. Key Responsibilities Include: Managing the finance team and developing individuals within it.Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with regional and group regulations.Facilitating challenges to improve profitability across all areas of the business.Managing relationships with external financial bodies such as auditors and banking providers.Leading the local finance function and overseeing the Auckland branch. Main Tasks and Responsibilities: Managing all accounting processes.Preparing and publishing timely financial statements.Setting annual budgets in collaboration with the business.Maintaining appropriate records of company assets.Managing day-to-day cash flow.Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.Conducting personal development and review meetings. Education and Experience: Qualified as a CA or CPA.Broad post-qualification experience at the Finance Manager level.Advanced IT skills, especially Microsoft.
